EJL is 12

this year is a big birthday for EJL as she is 12 years old. she was able to finish all her faith in God goals with a big push from mom and had her interview with the bishop of our ward who was very impressed with  her willingness to memorize and accomplish goals.  on the sunday of EJL birthday she was presented to the ward members as graduating from primary and now start young womens and now is a beehive. we are so proud of her and hope she will continue with her willingness to work on her personal progress  in this yw program.  CHEERS FOR EJL

  

this year EJL had some friends come for a party. they made bracelets with the help of older sister, opened presents and ate yummy birthday brownie with ice cream and of course had lots of fun together, some friends from school and some from church

seminary part 2

so today i attended the adult seminary class that the west stake is offering( its at 9:30 am to 11:00am) on tuesdays.  i cant wait to read and learn more about the book of mormon this year. the teacher suggested we write down our testimony before reading the b of m and then again after, i think thats a superb idea.    eml was impressed that i (her mom) would also take a seminary class too.

well it has been 20 years since kll have finished early morning seminary and now starting monday morning seminary will begin for eml. She will start at 6:45 am to 7:30 am studying the doctrine and covenants.  jvl will be doing most of the driving and we are carpooling with 2 other families that live near us.

Elizabeth and her friends has been waiting for sooooo long to  have the 3 rd book in the series come out (actually eml has been counting down from 138 days) and finally today  was the day so they got up early and went to crowfoot chapters where they each bought mockingjay, they are sooooo excited to just read. the hunger games book 1, catching fire book 2, mockingjay book 3. by author Suzanne Collins

so this is our new car we traded in the truck for,   a 2007 chrysler sebring with 44000 kms, it sure is fun to drive around and will be way better on gas than the truck was,   early names include white pearl, white lightening, white stallion, or white night any other suggestions will be appreciated
