this is a update on james, achilles heel rupture, he is doing quite well. he walks without a limp for 5 out of 7 days then he goes to physio and hugh works his leg so much that he is sore and limping, it takes 2 days to recover. he is going to be able to play sports again (especially his beloved dodgeball) in september he is very excited!! he is back to work and was very much able to do emmas baptism with no problems at all.

I'm sure that September can't come soon enough. Aaren can't wait for it either because he gets to go to kindergarten!
